With thirty years of experience in the financial services business in New York City, London and Southern California, Haddon brings a knowledge of the finance industry possessed by few wealth advisors or analysts. With a background that includes serving as senior investment banker to financial institutions across the United States, credit analyst, Chief Financial Officer and private banker, Haddon operates to the the Fiduciary Standard of Care in everything done at Winslow Drake.
Haddon currently serves as Chairman of the Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Board of Directors of the La Quinta Arts Foundation, The Living Desert Zoo & Botanical Gardens, Palm Springs International Film Festival and Palm Springs Cultural Society and co-founded an award-winning business incubator in Cathedral City that has helped scores of entrepreneurs. With more than 200 media appearances, Haddon has spoken at the Milken Foundation, the USC Film School and Cal State University and is a columnist for CV Weekly.
Haddon graduated Magna cum Laude from Northeastern University where he was a Travelli Scholar, earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and won the Ford Humanitarian Award.
This thirty-five year veteran to investment management has worked with high net worth families and financial companies as an advisor, analyst and as the regional manager of a sixty-five person team in San Francisco at Piper Jaffray.
Mike has worked portfolio analysis and asset management at the Institutional level for Merrill Lynch/BofA and Morgan Stanley. Mike's investment decisions are guided by the environmental and social governance records of the companies he directs investments toward.
Outside of work, Mike coaches the Sleepy Hollow Swim Team, an organization he has served as President. A long-time sailboat racer, Mike helps avail the sport to youth who would not have the access or the coaching.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design from University of California, Davis.

Mitchell Kitayama served as Treasurer to the largest Asian bank in the United States, East-West Bank, and CEO to Metro United Bank before joining Winslow Drake. He has extensive fixed income management experience and serves as the strategic advisor to numerous businesses. He has been on the National Board of Directors for the American Diabetes Association as well as the Ronald McDonald House of Los Angeles. Mitch currently serves on the board of Apollo Medical Holdings.
