Mitch is the Lead Independent Director of the Board of ApolloMed (NASDAQ: AMEH), and the CEO and President of Avanced Biomedical Inc. He is also the Chairman of the Board at MDVisit, the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Winstant Limited, and Managing Director of MMK & Associates.
 
From 1997 to May 2009, Mitch served as Treasurer and a member of the Senior Management and Senior Vice President of East West Bank, the largest Chinese American Bank in the United States and then Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman, and Director of Metro United Bank and Executive Vice President of MetroCorp. He has extensive fixed income management experience and serves as the strategic advisor to numerous businesses. 
Mitch has served as Chairman of the board for the America Diabetes Association-Los Angeles as well as a member of the National Finance Committee. He also served on the board and was Treasurer of the Ronald McDonald House-Los Angeles and a member of the Finance and Investment. Committee for Ronald McDonald House of Southern California. He served on the board of the National Bankers Association. In addition, he served the United Way of Greater Los Angeles on the President’s Council and the Alexis de Tocqueville Society.
Mitch graduated from Baylor University (https://www.Baylor.edu) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry as well as and a Masters of Business Administration.

With more than thirty years of experience in the financial services business in New York City, London and Southern California, Haddon brings a knowledge of the finance industry possessed by few wealth advisors or analysts. With a background that includes serving as senior investment banker to financial institutions across the United States, credit analyst, Chief Financial Officer and private banker, Haddon operates to the the Fiduciary Standard of Care in everything done at Winslow Drake.   

Haddon currently serves as Treasurer to the Cabot's Museum.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the The Living Desert Zoo & Botanical Gardens, Palm Springs International Film Festival, Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce as its Chairman, La Quinta Arts Foundation and Palm Springs Cultural Center and co-founded an award-winning business incubator in Cathedral City that has helped scores of entrepreneurs.  

 

With more than 200 media appearances, Haddon has spoken at the Milken Institute, the USC Film School and Cal State University and is a columnist for CV Weekly

Haddon graduated Magna cum Laude from Northeastern University where he was a Travelli Scholar, earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and won the Ford Humanitarian Award.

Sue Reilly is a Certified Treasury Professional.  With more than thirty years of industry experience, Sue has served as the CFO or Treasurer to numerous banks and financial services firms including East West Bank, Western Bancorp and Ministry Partners as well as a number of Fortune 500 companies. Professional certifications earned include Series 7, 24, 27, 99 as well as Health and Life Insurance licenses.

Amanda joined us from our accountant, CGC-Accountants & Advisors.
 
Responsibilities include customer requests, back office operations and custodial relations like TD Ameritrade/Charles Schwab, John Hancock, Pentegra, ADP and others.
